YOU AND INFOHUBFACTS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. IF THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE IN A PARTICULAR CASE, THAT CASE SHALL PROCEED IN COURT AND NOT IN ARBITRATION.
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other provisions of these Terms.
